Sage Action Consulting offers mindfulness, self-care, and trauma sensitivity training and facilitation to shift mindset and culture toward a focus on individual and collective well-being. This includes onsite and online one-time workshops and session-based learning series for youth and adults. It also includes guiding your team through a longer-term process of learning or change if needed.
Mindfulness
is being aware and awake to the present moment. It helps us check-in to see what needs our attention right now. There’s a strong connection between mindfulness and emotional health. Mindfulness is at the heart of all of Sage Action Consulting’s interactions, with a focus on bringing it to those with limited access, adolescents, schools, and helping professionals.
