Denina Bautti (she/her), DBA Sage Action Consulting, is a trauma-informed teacher, facilitator, and trainer. She guides healing-centered practices virtually and in-person for individuals and groups to learn, connect, and grow.
To be mindful is to notice what’s happening right now and to allow it. It’s accepting what is, is. There’s a strong connection between mindfulness and physical and emotional health. As a 20-year student and practitioner, Denina is passionate about teaching others what she’s learned about mindfulness, including easy ways to incorporate it into daily life.
A facilitator guides the way for others to find the path that’s best for them. Denina holds space for individuals and groups to share experiences, engage in expression, and participate at their own pace. She guides evidence-based and innovative practices for healing and recovery, with specific expertise in strengths-based approaches and trauma-informed embodiment-based practices.
Training is important for growth because it expands the skills and knowledge base of individuals and groups. Learning new skills is how we transform to the next best version of ourselves. Denina is a dynamic trainer who brings lightheartedness, warmth, and accessibility to her interactions with others. She offers virtual and in-person workshops on mindfulness, play, self-care, and trauma. Denina is also a trainer for Keystone Crisis Intervention Team (KCIT).
