Mindfulness as a Tool for Recovery Support (MTRS)
A four-module mindfulness program supporting mental health, resilience, and recovery.
Mindfulness as a Tool for Recovery Support (MTRS) is a structured, four-module program designed to introduce simple, accessible mindfulness practices that can be used to support emotional regulation, stress resilience, and recovery.
Each module explores a different gateway to mindfulness, offering practical tools that participants can integrate into daily life at their own pace. The program is grounded in accessibility and choice, making it appropriate for a wide range of individuals and settings.
MTRS is not about doing mindfulness “perfectly.”
It’s about building skills you can return to when you need support.
What You’ll Learn
Across four modules, participants are introduced to:
- Foundational mindfulness concepts and practices
- Simple tools for supporting nervous system regulation
- Practices that build awareness, presence, and resilience
- Multiple entry points into mindfulness, recognizing that no single approach works for everyone
Practices are taught in a clear, practical way and are designed to be adaptable to different bodies, experiences, and levels of familiarity with mindfulness.
What’s Included
- Four recorded webinar modules
- Guided mindfulness practices within each session
- Ongoing access to recordings for continued practice
- Supplemental mindfulness resources
- Optional private Facebook group for connection, reflection, and shared learning
Participants are encouraged to engage with the material in ways that feel supportive to them—revisiting modules as needed and integrating practices over time.
Who This Program Is For
MTRS is well-suited for:
- Individuals seeking supportive mindfulness tools for recovery or stress resilience
- Organizations and programs working in mental health, recovery, or community care
- People who want accessible, non-judgmental approaches to mindfulness

A Gentle Note
Mindfulness is a practice, not a performance.
You’re invited to take what’s useful, move at your own pace, and return to the material as often as needed.
