Accessible Yoga & Meditation

Denina is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and certified Accessible Yoga Teacher. She guides students in practices that support exploration, acceptance, and awareness—without emphasis on performance or physical achievement.

Yoga and meditation offerings are inclusive of all ages, abilities, body sizes, fitness levels, and gender identities.

Mindful Movement & Music

Mindful Movement & Music is a lightly facilitated movement experience supported by music and choice. There are no choreographed steps—participants are invited to move in ways that feel supportive to them, whether seated, standing, or reclined, with cameras on or off.

This practice supports grounding, presence, and embodied awareness.

Denina offers virtual Mindful Movement & Music classes twice monthly via Zoom. Participants receive a playlist after each class.
